About our Founder:
W. Kirkland Alexander
Kirk is an experienced C-level leader with a demonstrated history of driving successful growth.
Early in his career, Kirk worked in Fortune 500 and internationally recognized companies such as Honeywell, Mannesmann, and ADT Security. He leveraged that corporate experience to deliver operational discipline and growth in the mid-market space for the last 20 years.
He has navigated chaos to order across various industries including medical, dental practice management, medical device & supplies distribution, government contracting, civil engineering construction, manufacturing, and information technology.
Applying his diverse experience as a general manager, Kirk drives out operational chaos by implementing structure in leadership teams, business-process focus, scalable and automated solutions.
Kirk is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and an Air Force Veteran. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California.
